Sand sugar - food that matches DSTU 2316-93 (GOST 21-94), and a sucrose as separate crystals, with sizes from 0.2 to 2.5 mm for the implementation of the trading network for industrial processing and other purposes. White, bulk, mass fraction of sucrose is not less than 99.75%. Raw materials for the production of sugar beet used to GOST 17421, or raw sugar.
