He notes, if Gazprom refuses to lower the minimum quantity of gas contracted by Ukraine, then Ukraine will begin exporting equity production gas to Europe when its prices are especially high, and also will offer Russia sell gas on the border with Ukraine for its subsequent distribution in the European countries.
